Lunch
Lunch will be available in the PPPL cafeteria 11:30 to 1:30 daily.
Banquet
The meeting dinner will be held on Wednesday June 10th, 2015 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Please register and sign up for the banquet as soon as possible as the hotel needs a commitment of at least 25 people before April 1st to hold this reservation. The cost will be $55 and will be payable in cash on the Tuesday June 9th (there is an ATM in the PPPL lobby). Accompanying persons are welcome. Please sign up and state any dietary restrictions on the registration form.
Meeting Photo
A photo of all participants will be taken after the Wednesday morning session at 12:30 PM. Please gather in the lobby.
